Beat: Boosters
The Boosters has a meeting the second Monday of every month in the student center at 7 P.M. They have reports by ASB, a school administrator, and the athletic director. Coaches also attend the meetings and if they need anything they make requests. Boosters discusses any concerns that people might have about the school and athletics. In the past meeting they talked about the crab feed and divided the responsibilities for preparing for the event. A wrestling coach requested financial assistance for warm-ups. They are currently in need of someone to update their website. They don’t have a specific monetary goal for each year but they raise money through the Crab Feed and snack bars, escrip, membership fees and any other event that they might plan.
